Student Registration

2026-2027 Registration Now Available!

***All students new and returning must complete forms EVERY YEAR. 

Please complete the forms linked below. New to Pampa ISD students must bring their required documents to the student’s campus office to be scanned into the student’s file. 

Students who do not live in Pampa and are requesting a transfer from a surrounding district, you MUST complete the Out of District Transfer Form before completing enrollment forms. Once approved, you may complete registration.

For students who DO NOT live in the Pampa ISD district and are zoned to attend another district in our area.

Required documents:

  • Birth Certificate of Child (you can order one at www.texas.gov)

  • Child’s Social Security Card

  • Current Shot Records

  • Utility Bill as Proof of Address

  • Valid ID of Person Enrolling Student- If you are not a parent listed on the birth certificate, you must have a legal document showing authority to enroll the student.

  • Proof of Income (PRE-K/HEAD START ONLY!)
