The Pampa Lady Harvesters (16-12) are seeking their first district on Tuesday evening when they host Borger at McNeely Fieldhouse after falling to Randall on Saturday 3-0 (16-25, 20-25, 21-25).
A win on Tuesday would go a long way to set the tone for the rest of the first round of district.
“At this point we are focusing on finding four wins in the first round of district,” Head Coach Kaylee Samulowitz said. “Obviously Randall is a strong team, but we are looking forward to the next game and trying to find those four first round wins that will get us on track to make the playoffs.”
Part of that formula to get those wins include Junior Brooklyn Warren, who has appeared on the stat sheet more and more in recent weeks.

“Brooklyn is honestly irreplaceable for our team,” Samulowitz said. “The energy and passion she brings to every game is imperative to our success. She’s such a competitor and I truly enjoy coaching her. Kids with her mindset don’t come around often, so it’s a privilege to watch her compete.”
The Lady Harvesters take the court tonight at 7 p.m. when they host their rival, Borger.
“Playing Borger is always exciting,” Samulowitz said. “We've been focusing on fixing some things on our side of the net and playing with confidence and focus. On our home court, against a rival, looking for our first district win.. it’s a recipe for a fun night! Hope everyone shows up to McNeely at 7 p.m. to enjoy the show!”
