The Pampa Harvesters competed at the District 4-4A Track & Field Meet in Borger, turning in several strong performances and advancing multiple athletes to the Area round.
Leading the way were Pampa’s Area qualifiers:
Parker Webb (Sr.) claimed the District Championship in the Varsity Boys Shot Put and added a 3rd place finish in the Varsity Boys Discus.
Jace Jones (Jr.) finished 3rd in the Varsity Boys Shot Put, earning a trip to Area.
Ira Smith (Jr.) placed 3rd in the Varsity Boys 400-meter run, also qualifying for Area.
Avery Ferguson (Sr.) was dominant in the Varsity Boys Wheelchair division, winning District Championships in both the 100-meter and 400-meter events, while also breaking his own school record in the 100-meter (20.17).
