Hallie Reynolds is #2 and a Senior Pitcher on the Lady Harvester Softball team. She had a complete game victory with 11 strikeouts against Borger on Tuesday evening. She had another complete game victory with five strikeouts against Hereford on Friday night. Both games were on the road.

Here is what Lady Harvester Softball Head Coach Denise Browning had to say about Hallie:

“Hallie Reynolds is such an amazing young lady, an incredible teammate, and has shown leadership as a senior this year. She has been an outstanding competitor on the mound this year, and truly has been a huge reason we have been successful. Hallie has been struggling with a back injury, but I can always count on her fighting spirit to give it her all every single day.” Browning said.

Jace Jones is a Junior on the Harvester Boys Track and Field team. He also played football for the Harvesters. Recently, he placed first in shot put at the Canyon Relays. He placed seventh at the Raider Nation Relays on Friday with 18 teams present. Here is what Boys Track Coach Eric Langhenning Had to say about Jace:

“Jace is very deserving of this honor. He is a great young man and an example of what it means to be a Harvester. He has great work ethic and is the first athlete to arrive at Valhalla every morning. Jace has improved all around because he wants to be good at his trades and has no excuses for his shortcomings. He is a lot of fun to coach, but even more fun to be around because of his exceptional attitude and personality. He has a lot more in the tank! We are just now breaking the surface of what he can and will become. You will definitely hear a lot more about him, ” Langehenning said.

Congratulations to Hallie and Jace on being what a great Harvester student-athlete is all about!
