Pampa Harvester Athletes of the Week (Sept 15-21)
Myla Zarate for Lady Harvester Volleyball had 35 digs against Hereford and she had a 2.57 serve receive rating which almost perfect. Head Coach Abbey Kashwer had this to say about Zarate:
"Myla is one of the hardest Lady Harvesters we have in the girls program. She is a great teammate and does whatever it takes to help her teammates be successful."
Dase Scott for Harvester football had four tackles and a big interception return early in the game which he almost took all the way to the endzone. Head Coach and Linebacker Coach Floyd White had this to say about Scott:
"Dase is a tremendous young man. He is a great worker and a great person. He is one of the smartest young men that I have ever coached. I can give an in game adjustment and he will make sure that it gets done. While he is not the loudest guy in the room, he is a leader amongst his peers. I can't wait to see what the future has in store for Dase!!"
Congratulations to Myla and Dase on being what a great Harvester student-athlete is all about!
