Pampa ISD is encouraging families to complete the Free/Reduced Meals Application for the 2026–2027 school year. While the application helps determine eligibility for free school meals, its impact can extend far beyond the cafeteria.
Information from these applications can help qualifying students access additional benefits, including ACT testing fee waivers, college application fee waivers, and free dual-credit opportunities. The applications can also help Pampa ISD qualify for additional funding and resources that support programs and services for students across the district.
“We want families to understand that this is about much more than school meals,” said Pampa ISD Superintendent Hugh Piatt. “Completing one simple form can open doors for students while also helping our district receive resources that benefit our schools.”
Families are encouraged to complete the application even if their students do not regularly eat school meals. Only one application per household is needed.

Complete the Application
Families may complete the Free/Reduced Meals Application online at:

Paper applications are also available at each Pampa ISD campus office.
Pampa ISD appreciates families taking a few minutes to complete the application. Every completed form helps ensure eligible students have access to available opportunities while strengthening the resources available to serve Harvesters throughout the district.
