Pampa ISD is excited to announce a new partnership with Securranty to offer affordable insurance for school-issued student Chromebooks. This optional insurance is available for all junior high and high school students and is highly recommended. In case of an incident, the district will file the claim and provide a loaner device.

Insurance Details: 

• Cost:

  • $25 per student for 12 months of coverage. 

• Coverage: 

  • Accidental damage (drops, cracked screens, liquid spills) 

  • Theft or loss 

  • Fire, flood, power surge, natural disasters 

Exclusions: 

• Damage caused by intentional misuse or abuse 

• Cosmetic damage (damage that does not affect functionality) 

Students and their families are responsible for the care of district-owned devices. For students not covered under insurance, parents/guardians are liable for any loss or damage.

Ascender Parent Portal provides web access to school-related information about your students, including attendance, grades, discipline, assessments, and immunizations.
