As of June 5, 2014, the face of Family Access is changing.  The functionality should remain the same but there will be some differences in the way it looks.   There is a brief video on You Tube regarding Family Access 2.0.

If you would like to sign up for the Pampa High School Go Green email in which you will receive weekly calendar information and other news, please click here.

Harvest Time Productions is a student-driven video production group based out of Pampa High School’s Audio/Video Production class. All of the speeches, musical performances, special awards, and certificate presentations (as well as bonus footage) will be directed, filmed, and edited by a team of more than 20 students. All DVD sales directly benefit this student organization.

This year, a special live stream will be available on our Harvest Time Productions YouTube channel! Friends and family around the world will be able to watch graduation ceremonies in HD!  A special viewing will be available in the PHS commons for any of our guests who require special accommodations on the big day.

The link for the live stream is:

The 2014 PHS Graduation Ceremonies are available on DVD at $15 each (add $5 for optional shipping).  Bonus footage will include special interviews, extra angles, and aerial footage (weather permitting). Full payment is due on Graduation Day at the “Harvester Hut” (located under the west bleachers at Harvester Field). Don’t forget to order extra copies for friends and relatives!

DVD Pick-up will be available June 16-20 in the main office at Pampa High School.  If you’ve paid to have your DVD’s shipped, please allow four weeks for delivery. Thanks for your patience!

Attention Parents of Seniors:

Seniors will not receive their diplomas during the graduation ceremony!  Each senior will be handed the empty diploma cover.

All Seniors must come by the counselors’ office to pick up their diplomas beginning on Wednesday, June 4th and continuing through June 12, 2014.

Only the senior or a parent/guardian can sign for the diplomas.  No one else will be allowed to pick up the document!

The Vision of Pampa High School is to create a place where students, staff, and the community are valued.  Together, we live and work within a culture and climate of expectations through support, teaching through learning, and excellence through example.

The Mission of Pampa High School is for students, staff, and community create a partnership where every day we embrace tasks and challenges together.  We will be the learners.  We will be the doers.  We will be the ones to ensure success for all.

1.  We believe the alliance of home, school, and community promotes both school and student success; therefore, we will promote ongoing stakeholder communication.

2.  We believe that students must be prepared for a future of rapid change; therefore, we will foster the abilities to reason, to solve problems, and to use technology as a significant tool for learning.

3.  We believe that students should be contributing members of both the school and larger communities; therefore, we will nurture a sense of community and individual responsibilities for that community.

4.  We believe that all students are capable of high achievement and that intelligence is developed and achievement results from consistent and effective effort; therefore, we will support and encourage students to meet expectations of excellence.

5.  We believe that students and adults learn best when they are actively involved in the learning process; therefore, we will promote engaging and active learning opportunities to staff and students.

6.  We believe that strong relationships and open communication are essential for individual motivation and overall success; therefore, we will promote relationship building within our classrooms and advisory systems.

7.  We believe education is an ever-changing lifelong process and people need to view themselves as life-long learners.

8.  We believe that public education is the foundation for American democracy and is the primary vehicle for preparing each generation of adult citizens to become contributing members of a democratic society.

9.  We believe we have a collective responsibility to create and sustain a safe environment that is respectful, engaging, vibrant, and culturally responsive.
