Special Qualifications:
- General knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Knowledge of subjects, TEKS, and district curriculum, Ability to work with academic teams
- Ability to present and conduct staff development
- Ability to model teach and coach teachers
- Ability to mentor teachers
- Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of best instructional practices and strategies
- In-depth knowledge of CSCOPE
