Application Process
Applying for a professional (teacher, administration, counselor, etc.) position with Pampa ISD is a three part process:
1. Complete the Professional Online Application.
2. Complete the Criminal Background Check form.
3. Complete the TeacherInSight Interview or the PrincipalInSight Interview.
Only application files that have the completed online employment application, criminal background check form, and InSight Interview will be considered for interviews by principals and/or central office staff.
- The District Code to access or to transfer the interview online is 20868356. It is the same code for TeacherInsight and PrincipalInsight.
- The website for the TeacherInsight Interview is https://gx.gallup.com/teacherinsight.gx.
- The website for the PrincipalInsight Interview is https://gx.gallup.com/principalinsight.gx.
- Please read the instructions carefully before beginning (answers are timed).
- You will need to reserve at least 45 minutes to take this instrument; there are no right or wrong answers.
- If you have completed the online interview with another entity, please transfer the information to Pampa ISD by going to the above website and entering the district code shown above.
All other applicants need to download and submit the appropriate application below.
