Biography

Hi, My name is Sherri Fortenberry and I would like to welcome you to the Technology Department at Austin Elementary School. This is my ninth year as an employee of Pampa Isd. and all of them have been right here at Austin Elementary. I have been in the Technology Department for three years now.

I am a native Pampan and have made my home here with my husband Rodney and our two boys Jareth and Colden.

On Our Campus

Here at Austin we are very excited to have a number of technology tools available to our students. These tools include digital cameras,scanners, internet access,computers in each classroom, Alpha smarts and a reading lab. We also offer software programs to help build reading, math and writing skills to fit each students needs.

Currently we have at least two computers in every classroom that are internet accessible and an AR lab consisting of six computers that are also internet accessible. In the past year we have added two more labs to our campus, one in the PAAS department that consist of six computers and one in the Second grade hall that has six computers.
